Gunster shareholder Bruce Lamb, leader of the firm’s health law practice, has been selected to participate in a workshop at the American Bar Association’s 23rd annual National Institute on Health Care Fraud, scheduled for May 15-17 in Miami Beach.
Lamb, of Gunster’s Tampa office, along with James Durham, First Assistant U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of Georgia, will lead a workshop entitled “Plea and Sentencing and Collateral Consequences” on Thursday, May 16, beginning at 3:15 p.m.
The three-day ABA event is for health care attorneys, regulators, compliance professionals, prosecutors, criminal defense attorneys and qui tam relators’ counsel. Panelists are drawn from each of these groups to share information and concerns in a nonadversarial setting.
As of April 17, costs to attend range from $550 to $1,375.
