Startup Palm Beach, a resource center for new businesses, hosts Gunster attorney Gaida Zirkelbach on the first and third Thursdays at its West Palm Beach location.
Zirkelbach will present lessons from The Entrepreneur’s Legal Cookbook, an online publication designed to help entrepreneurs navigate key legal issues surrounding their business.
For example, Zirkelbach’s “Ramen Salad” offers legal tips for small budgets; “Entity Cheeseball” discusses personal asset protection; and “Merger, Asset and Stock Dumplings” talks about these three sweet balls of dough.
Small business owners and entrepreneurs are encouraged to attend these popular bring-your-own-lunch information and networking opportunities.
Cost is $10 for nonmembers; the events are free for Startup Palm Beach members.
