The National Association of Stock Plan Professionals will hold its annual conference from September 29 to October 2. It is called “Tackling your 2015 compensation disclosures: the proxy disclosure conference.”
The 22nd annual NASPP conference includes four days of informative sessions for those involved in the design, oversight, administration and/or disclosure of stock and executive compensation.
Gunster attorney Robert B. Lamm will be a speaker at the conference, on “Hot topics: 50 practical nuggets in 75 minutes,” as part of the day-long say-on-pay workshop. See the agenda.
