David C. Scileppi focuses his practice on advising large and small corporate clients in the areas of formation, corporate governance, mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, and federal and state securities law; reviewing client SEC filings; drafting and reviewing SEC registration statements and private placement memoranda for the public and private placement of debt and equity securities; and advising clients on Hart-Scott-Rodino compliance.

In addition to his corporate and securities practice, David devotes much of his work to providing legal advice to the banking industry.  He regularly provides advice to financial services clients on lending and regulatory compliance.

Before practicing law, David, a certified public accountant, worked as an auditor for KPMG LLP.  His clients included large publicly-traded companies in the software, cable, publishing and entertainment industries.
