Kevin M. Levy is a shareholder and a member of the firm’s Corporate Practice Group and the firm's Technology Emerging Company Practice Group. 

For over a decade, Kevin has represented global technology companies, as well as local emerging ventures. Kevin has been recognized as an elite attorney in both business and technology law by national, regional and local publications, including The Best Lawyers in America, Florida Trend Magazine and the South Florida Business Journal.

Kevin has extensive experience counseling U.S. and foreign-based clients on a broad range of corporate, transactional and technology matters, including licensing and transfer of technology; structuring business and investment relationships; negotiating mergers and acquisitions; strategic planning; and developing and implementing privacy, FCPA and corporate compliance programs.
