Kevin Levy is a business, corporate and technology attorney. For over a decade, Kevin has represented global technology companies, as well as local entrepreneurial ventures. He has extensive experience providing strategic counseling and negotiating transactions for both U.S. and foreign-based clients.   • Negotiated international manufacturing agreement for satellite-based radar system for U.S. Navy supplier.
  • Negotiated Web-based sales force automation and CRM licensing agreements with major pharmaceutical companies.
  • Negotiated licensing of software, hardware and IP camera technology for world's largest privately-held manufacturer of CCTV video surveillance equipment.
  • Lead counsel on sale of mobile audio equipment division of leading audio equipment manufacturer.
  • Counseled banking clients on technology outsourcing relationships and regulatory compiance, as well as privacy compliance programs and data breach incident reponses.
  • Counseled clients on development of e-commerce businesses and related online sales agreements and privacy policies.
