Brad Sprayberry is the Director of Attorney Recruiting & Professional Development. Mr. Sprayberry practiced law for 15 years prior to joining the firm in 2004.  He is responsible for managing the hiring of all partners, new and lateral associates, and summer associates. Additionally, he is responsible for the firm’s professional development efforts at all levels of practice.
