Thomas Hickey is a shareholder who joined the firm in 2010. Mr. Hickey has practiced law since 1976. His extensive trial and appellate experience at all levels of Federal and State courts, includes general commercial, construction, labor and employment, contracts, trademarks, licensing, real estate, corporate and administrative law. Mr. Hickey additionally represents companies in their labor and employment affairs, as well as representing numerous CEOs, Presidents and senior management in contract negotiations, pertaining to executive compensation and benefits. He has represented a diverse clientele of publicly and privately held companies including retail companies, securities firms, construction, development and engineering companies, insurance companies, publishing companies, colleges and universities, executive recruitment firms and domestic and foreign banks.
