Overview
Stephanie Quinones is a shareholder in the firm’s Corporate and Technology & Entrepreneurial Companies practices.
With extensive experience advising clients that range from start-ups and emerging growth companies to large, national and multi-national organizations and investors of all types, she regularly assists clients in all aspects of the technology sector, including technology development and commercialization, technology acquisitions and other strategic transactions (such as mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures), technology licensing and other day-to-day transactions, outsourced and/or managed information technology services, and e-commerce, compliance and operational issues (including privacy).
Stephanie also advises her clients with regard to a broad array of commercial contracts and ventures, including, without limitation, manufacturing, supply and distribution agreements, reseller and/or referral arrangements, and professional or technology related services agreements.
Stephanie’s goal is to advise on legal issues confronting clients on a daily basis. She strives to define clients’ business problems and identify practical solutions.
Stephanie graduated summa cum laude (#2 overall) from Florida State University College of Law. In addition to her Juris Doctor degree, Stephanie has a bachelor’s degree in business administration.
Stephanie played four years of collegiate soccer at Nova Southeastern University (NSU). She earned NCAA All-American honors in 2006 and 2007, establishing herself as the only two-time NCAA All-American in the team's history. Stephanie was inducted into the NSU Athletics Hall of Fame in 2014.
