Mr. Cavendish has written original, scholarly legal essays, articles, and journalism for The National Law Journal, The Bencher, The Banking Law Journal, Florida Coastal Law Review, The Florida Bar Journal, and various other peer-edited publications. He has acted as a contributing writer and editor on each of the four major civil litigation practice guides published triennially by the Florida Bar and Lexis-Nexis. Mr. Cavendish has two anthologies of legal essays in print, and his writing on law has been selected for the permanent law library collections at Yale and the College of William and Mary, among other libraries.
