Matthew Feil is an of counsel shareholder who joined the firm in 2010. He has spent nearly 20 years working in utility regulation, both at the Public Services Commission (PSC) and in private industry. His experience includes, but is not limited to, negotiating interconnection agreements with communications clients, representing energy clients (such as natural gas and renewable energy concerns) in cost-of-service issues, and negotiating purchase power agreements for renewable energy firms. He has litigated some of the largest cases in PSC history and the largest water and wastewater rate case in Florida history.
