Juan Muñiz is a shareholder and a member of the firm’s Environmental & Land Use and Business Litigation practice groups who joined the firm in 2011. Mr. Muñiz’s practice is focused on real estate and property rights litigation, including representation of owners and businesses in eminent domain, inverse condemnation, regulatory takings, Bert J. Harris claims, as well as related land use and zoning matters and property disputes. Prior to becoming an attorney, Mr. Muñiz was a commercial real estate appraiser and consultant, concentrating on the valuation of complex commercial properties and consulting on numerous land development projects for investment and financing purposes.
