Joshua Jacobson is a shareholder who joined the firm in 2008. His practice focuses on banking and asset-based finance transactions; he represents lenders and borrowers in all aspects of structuring, negotiating, documenting and closing loan and other credit transactions. Jacobson has represented banks, other institutional lenders, borrowers, issuers and participants in connection with finance transactions in a variety of industries, including the representation of parties in asset-based loan transactions, acquisition financings, and asset securitizations, among other transactions. Mr. Jacobson’s practice also includes representing companies with general corporate governance and transactional matters. Prior to joining Gunster, Jacobson was a corporate finance attorney in New York City for over eight years.
