Gaida is a business, technology and Internet attorney.  She provides general strategic advice, drafts and negotiates a wide range of commercial agreements, and has vast experience working with companies in the technology and digital media fields.  Gaida makes it a priority to understand her clients’ business, so she can provide meaningful and practical advice for day to day and big picture questions.  Gaida guides her clients from the start-up stage to an exit event, and everything in between.  She excels at finding opportunities and managing risk within a client’s high growth stage.  Gaida has negotiated deals with technology and Internet industry leaders including the largest online media properties and Fortune 500 companies.  Super Lawyers, Florida Trend Legal Elite and the South Florida Legal Guide have recognized Gaida as an “Up & Comer.”  She has been quoted and featured on television and in televised online courses, as well as within publications such as the National Law Journal, E-Commerce Times, Florida Trend magazine, the South Florida Business Journal, and the Miami Herald.  She is also interested in online marketing and has been on the board of the South Florida Interactive Marketing Association for years, previously serving as vice president.  When she’s not helping her clients, Gaida enjoys spending time with her husband and two young sons, cooking, training for the next 5K and doing yoga.
