Ed Tancer is a shareholder who joined the firm in 2011.  Mr. Tancer spent over 20 years working with NextEra Energy and its subsidiary Florida Power & Light Company (FPL) as general counsel, senior vice-president of government affairs for the large electric utility and president of U.S. Transmission Holdings.  Mr. Tancer now services firm clients in a variety of corporate matters, focusing on corporate governance, commercial transactions and general business counseling.
