- Defended General Reinsurance as part of a group of over 40 insurance companies sued by DuPont Co. and Burlington Northern Railway for insurance coverage for superfund liability for up to 75 years of contamination

- Defended Citigroup in U.S. Department of Justice investigation relating to Primerica Corp. and A.L. Williams
