- Represented Turner Broadcasting System in the Federal Trade Commission’s investigation of its proposed $7 billion merger with Time Warner
- Lead trial counsel for United Presidential Life Insurance in death benefit jury trial
- Defended General Reinsurance as part of a group of over 40 insurance companies sued by DuPont Co. and Burlington Northern Railway for insurance coverage for superfund liability for up to 75 years of contamination

- Defended Delmarva Power & Light in securities fraud class action
- Defended Citigroup in U.S. Department of Justice investigation relating to Primerica Corp. and A.L. Williams
